Wabash Valley design tells brand story

When designing Wabash Valley’s recent office renovation and addition at their Dubois headquarters, it was important to showcase the egg processor and supplier’s brand well. After all, their corporate office hosts clients often and needs to be a direct reflection of who they are as a company.

For the design, Hafer drew inspiration from those who know the brand best – leadership and staff. And, of course, the chickens.

Wabash Valley brand elements inside the newly remodeled office are placed sparingly but artfully so. The design aesthetic embodies nature with greens and blues, wood tones, and an abundance of textures and natural light. Biophilia art, greenery and other accessories – some featuring eggs, birds or feathers – are interspersed throughout the space. Arizona-based Artist Kevin Irvin also designed three custom art pieces, all showcasing an egg.

Working collaboratively with Wabash Valley, Hafer was able to add extra layers of detail into the design to really make it unique – from the brand-specific accessories, to the colors and textures, to the furniture and lighting.

And that detail hasn’t gone unnoticed. Employees see a company that values their wellbeing in the workplace. Clients see a company that values their employees, their brand and their product – they see a company they want to work with.
