Hafer Associates produced a Space Analysis/Building Program to determine the total area requirements for each of the Atlas Business groups, projecting company growth and looking ahead 15 years. The result was the construction of a 75,000 s.f. world headquarters facility and the renovation of another 65,000 s.f. of existing office area. Both buildings are designed to be completely flexible within the open office environment, capable of rapid reconfiguration of workspaces for this dynamic company. In the course of our pre-design services, several building sites were extensively analyzed to determine the best possible location for business operations.
