OFS Horse Barn
Cool Springs is an education and corporate outreach environment for the OFS Brands corporation. The first building to be constructed as part of this inspired complex is the Horse Barn / Maintenance Building. It houses a riding area, hay storage, horse stalls, two apartments, and a maintenance garage for the upkeep of the 1,000 acres that Cool Springs encompasses.

As with other planned buildings for Cool Springs, the Horse Barn is a "green" building for a company that has had environmental conservation as a primary concern from its inception. The Horse Barn is currently registered for LEED Certification.

The design of the Horse Barn relates to traditional agrarian structures that are found in this part of Southern Indiana. The design also reflects the care for detail and spirit of high-level craftsmanship that is at the heart of the OFS corporation.
