OFS Marina
OFS Brands’ new Marina is the second facility of the Cool Springs Master Plan to be constructed. This facility sits on a bayside and boasts a large dock with a peaceful sitting area and firepit. The Marina’s purpose is twofold. The first is to house the maintenance and storage, such as canoes, kayaks and fishing gear along with the generators to run all the facilities at Cool Springs. Its second purpose is to provide a beautiful, natural setting where meetings and presentations can take place, along with dining and socializing.

Since this facility opened in 2010, it has proven to be a success for OFS Brands. Their clients enjoy visiting the Marina and have a deeper understanding of the spirit and direction of OFS Brands.
