Tom has been a project architect with Hafer Associates for 20 years and he primarily works with state agencies and also has continued association with multi-phased projects for corporate clients. His responsibilities include project management, construction document preparation and construction administration. Tom is skilled at working with construction professionals to help them determine the most cost effective solutions for projects.
