Welborn Clinic
Hafer Associates designed this newest Welborn Clinic building to distinguish itself from the existing, competing, adjacent medical buildings. The design team used rich brick masonry and Indiana limestone to contrast with the predominant campus fenestration of precast concrete and white metal panel facades. Incorporating these contrasting materials makes the building distinct and unique, so that it stands out from others, but is of appropriate mass and scale to not look out of place.
